Jia Luo is a Chinese-born educator, community organizer, and lifelong learner currently living in Southern California. Her life journey spans science, healthcare, education, and community leadership, reflecting a deep commitment to learning, service, and cross-cultural connection.
Jia entered university in China, beginning her academic journey. She would go on to complete her undergraduate studies and earn a Master's degree in Chemistry by 2007.

After graduation, Jia joined a clinical medical device company as an engineer. Through dedication and strong leadership abilities, she advanced from a technical role into management, eventually becoming a Regional Manager and Regional Brand Manager.

Alongside her professional career, Jia was deeply involved in volunteer and community service work. She served as a community leader supporting families of children with Down syndrome and participated actively in charitable programs caring for elderly individuals and children in need.

Jia moved to the United States, marking a significant new chapter in her life. On the East Coast, she pursued studies in Public Health while continuing to organize volunteer activities across multicultural communities, bridging cultural gaps and building inclusive environments.

She also serves as a teacher in a Chinese language school within her church community, helping students maintain cultural connections while building academic confidence.
